Order processing time

All Orders Are Processed Within 1 To 2 Business Days, Once Your Order Is Confirmed, Our Team Carefully Inspects And Packs Each Item Before Preparing It For Dispatch From Our Warehouse, Ensuring It Leaves Our Facility In Perfect Condition.

Shipping & delivery time

After your order has been dispatched, it is typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location and the availability of courier services in your area. While we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to factors such as remote delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, logistics or courier delays, or a high volume of orders during festive seasons and sale periods. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Order cancellation

Orders at Sense Stories can be cancelled at any point before they have been dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking ID has been generated, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may refuse the delivery, after which the package will be returned to us and a refund will be processed in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds for cancelled orders are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days.
